Чтобы такое сорвалось из-за бюрократии просто немыслимо. Надеюсь все бумажки брошли в офис Премьерлиги до 6 часов. И чеки сохранились АПЛ должна прыгать от счастья, если такой игрок будет в ней играть. Наверно это самое громкое имя из всех английских переходов в это окно.

До сих пор нет официального подтверждения. Трансфер Аршавина точно так же объявили уже на следующий день. Все дело в бумажной работе. Надеюсь, что так и будет.
